Better Weight is a free weight tracker and BMI calculator that helps you lose weight, gain muscle, or reach your ideal weight. Monitor your BMI, track progress, and see real results — all in one simple app.
Whether your goal is to slim down or build up, splitting it into smaller milestones is a smart plan. Set your target, track daily or weekly, and stay motivated. Small wins keep you happy and moving forward.
📊 WEIGHT TRACKER & BMI CALCULATOR
Our weight tracker makes it easy to log every weigh-in. See your progress on daily, weekly, or monthly charts. Because numbers fluctuate, we show a 7-day low and meaningful trends instead of confusing daily readings.
The built-in BMI calculator lets you calculate your body mass index instantly. Know where you stand — underweight, normal, overweight, or obese — and track how your BMI improves over time.
📏 BODY MEASUREMENTS & BODY FAT
Numbers on the scale don't tell the full story. Track body measurements like waist, hips, chest, and arms to see what's really changing. Calculate your body fat percentage and get the bigger picture beyond a single number.
🎯 GOALS, PLANS & CHALLENGES
Set your weight loss goal and create a step-by-step plan to reach it. Pick from curated 28-day challenges — healthy habits like daily exercise, stretching, drinking water, or eating right. Choose the difficulty and build a routine that fits your life.
⚖️ SIMPLE & BEAUTIFUL SCALE
Our weight scale is designed to be beautiful and simple. Step on, log your number, and move on. Quick weigh-ins make it easy to build a daily habit. Use your weight log as a personal weight diary to look back on your journey anytime.
